If a location shows on the "Google search map" but not the "Sparefoot" map, they either don't use Sparefoot, or all of that size is full and they "turned off" Sparefoot so they don't get calls and charged for the Reservation.b.

If you have a portfolio of houses, the odds that all water heaters go out at once or all are vacant at once is low.Also, once you hit a certain balance, it almost makes more sense to buy another so that the monthly income can add up faster too.I would like to have $10k in reserves for Repairs/Capex/Vacancy per house, but once I get to 10, having $100k in a savings account wouldn't make sense to me.

They had no lease, but apparently the mother made the agreement with the previous owner but she had moved out since and left her sons (in their 20s).On court day, only the mother showed up and stated that she didn’t live there anymore, but she made the oral agreement with the previous owner.

While Carrot does some things well: 1. provide multi page platform for custom landing pages; 2 lead capture; 3. analytics, it is WOEFULLY inadequate as a platform to parse and tag leads and send them to outside tools for follow up calling.
