I enjoy tax preparation season getting everything ready for my CPA.I usually spend a couple days going through everything and my spreadsheet automatically adds up all the different categories per property.I go through all by bank and CC accounts making sure I didn't miss any deductions.One of my counties doesn't charge a CC fee when paying for property taxes.
