Hello everyone,

My name is Irina Day, and I am joining this forum as a beginner in real estate investing. I am interested in learning from the experiences of others and connecting with individuals who can provide guidance.

I live near Manchester, NH, and I am primarily interested in multi-family properties (3+ units, not owner-occupied) in Southern New Hampshire.

Fully realizing that real estate investing is a team sport, I would love to connect with folks who are knowledgeable in all the relevant fields – other investors, realtors, property managers, legal and financial advisors, contractors, etc. My goal is to learn as much as I can to help create a sustainable and profitable real estate investment portfolio and contribute to the local community by providing quality housing.
