Rent collection gets messy fast when you're juggling multiple platforms.

A few years ago I tried using a management software thinking it could streamline my business only to find that the majority of my tenants were strongly averse to using a platform they weren’t familiar with to handle communication let alone rent payments.

Hey everyone 👋🏾Curious to know, what tech tools, apps, or platforms are you currently using to manage your rental properties?

I am not a huge fan of the bookkeeping categories under baseline's platform but if you are not as picky as me you may be fine with them.

Currently working at a family office helping to run their real estate platform and closed-end funds ($200M+).Previous experience at Hines out of their DC office working on master planned community development, 3M SF mixed-use development, predevelopment for various other projects, and a life-science acquisition.Prior to Hines, I worked for three years at a GP PERE shop doing acquisitions east of the Mississippi.

Recently the service has been very good, very responsive, things are getting done, the platform is working, etc.
