Having done PM for a long time now, if I were to hire someone out of state if I were to ever invest outside of our markets we manage in, I think you can honestly gauge how good or bad your experience will be with this simple question.Industry averages show across the country that on average a property management company has about 100 units per staff member.

these are like auto loans though not mortgages  Point being space rents there in I would say B parks ( being generous as a B park) are more in the order of 750 to 1000 a month per space..

Quite a few markets in Ohio you can look in.

It's a great market to be in.

The homes rent for $1800 mo between the two and tenants are in 1 year leases which i just locked in..
