Find a local insurance broker who will take the time to walk through each coverage, not just send you a quote via email, many endorsements and additional coverages simply don't show up if not added.

Yes, I am Real Estate Broker who's whole business is based around helping people to BEST invest with real estate whole-heartedly endorse 100% that in this market and time that people NEED to start with a great Turn-Key provider to get there start.

Both are great options, if you do get an auto in your name, I believe they both offer excess UM/UIM as an endorsement which gives a lot of coverage for very cheap. 

It's why I laugh each time I see someone post on BP an endorsement for a turn key provider after purchasing their first investment property.
