Depending on these answers, you can find ITIN loan programs for hard money, but DSCR programs that fit true ITIN borrowers are few and far between in my experience!

The latest projections show only modest declines this year – not the 3% you may be hoping for (see graph below):So, while waiting for a big drop in rates might sound strategic, it could just mean more time feeling stuck in a space that no longer fits.

I will be researching other STR forms, but my main concern is about liability just in general for no specific reason, as the property is in excellent condition.
