landlords/investors that buy into low value C D assets in toughest parts of the toughest towns in the US are clueless of how their tenant base lives their lives and they try to manage the manager like they own a A class home with a 720 plus fico tenant and live like they do. they just dont know what they dont know and have no clue as to how the lifers ( life long tenats ) live there lives so when these issues come up with their properties they will many times make the exact wrong decisions regarding them and make their issues worse How can we get your message to the masses?
