But when I go to my STR after the cleaners have left, I don't smell any scent, so that's good.I do leave both regular laundry detergent and dryer sheets, and unscented of both for guests.

No appraisals etc.On foreclosure rescue when it was legal in Or Wa  I would routinely save these deals one day before the auction and sometimes an hour before.. it was hair on fire but we did lots of them that way and actually the vast majority.. the owners dont get real serious until about 48 hours to 72 hours before the prop is oging to sale.

If you don't have in-unit washer/dryer, no parking, no storage, don't allow pets, don't have a dishwasher, etc. those could all be reasons people have passed.

I've got a 2/1 ~900sq ft house and it does need a full rehab including new roof, all new drywall and flooring, adding plumbing for washer dryer and dishwasher, getting electrical up to code, full kitchen and bathroom remodel, etc.With this in mind, and living in the Southeast (I'm originally from the Midwest), my general contractor is estimating ~90k in rehab.
