Every day there is priceless; the water seems to bring an energy that calms and refreshes.This property has become a family heirloom. 

The house will eventually eventually be turned into rental  Option 1     Keep / re-finish floors ( Current condition Option  2  LVP  -   Heirloom Pine   LVP (  Used some scraps from previous reno  Option  3  Essential Oak Option 4  Tupelo Oak The trim is solid wood I would look to keep -  There are a couple of pieces of wood trim  throughout the downstairs that are really nice. 

There is a car in the driveway, furniture, sewing kits galore, and some family heirlooms.  

You do not want a family member coming back to you claiming you sold a very expensive heirloom that was priceless when you had no legal standpoint to do so.

I'm in this for the long haul because the cabin is a family heirloom. 

I also started working with Heirloom Property Management and have heard good things about them. 

@Michaelina StathakosMaybe I'm missing the obvious.......but last time I checked....not to many people have a "priceless family heirloom" hanging on a wall.

I notice a family heirloom sitting on a table and I really like it (even if it's not worth much).

If it's "heirloom" corn and it's grown organically, it's worth even more. 

Note that everything is fair game if you leave it accessible - Fine china, memorabilia,  heirlooms, even your favorite ice cream or personal hygiene items (your shampoos, hair products, brushes, etc are fair game if they are not locked away in the house, Replace them and hide away the stuff you wouldn't want to be used by someone else or broken.7.Make sure you have somewhere to go on short notice and for days at a time.
