Congrats on house hacking and seeing tangible results.

I wanted to share my house hacking experiences so far, since reading other people’s stories here helped me get started.My first house hack was a duplex.

Additionally, the tax advantages associated with real estate investments can significantly enhance wealth accumulation.We have a lot of investors that literally invest with us just to not pay that in taxes ... they would rather put that into one of our deals and get the depreciation ... versus just giving it to the government.Real estate syndication offers a pathway to financial success that is often overlooked.

House hacking doesn’t have to be fancy—it just has to work.

Also, when you want to cash out, you would have to find someone who would be willing to buy half a house.

One area I’m especially curious about is open houses — from planning and promotion, to the event itself, to following up with leads.I’d love to eventually create a product that helps brokers run this process more smoothly, so I’m trying to understand both the pain points and what tools/competition are already out there.

I have been passing this house on my way to work- been for sale for 177days.Called real estate agent yesterday asking what was going on - supposedly its not move in ready so people arent buying.

They aren't speaking and he's still in the house.
