With that I plopped a couple of "disposable" tiny houses for STR.On one I've bought for income - inside the city of Knoxville (a fantastic college town) - I am precluded from doing STR - so it's ideal for me to do LTR.

It came through my alerts less than an hour ago and Its located in East Austin.It’s a straight teardown and listed a little high right now, but that pocket is flipping fast and new construction nearby is trading at solid numbers.It’ll take the right play + right build costs, so I don’t know if it matches your criteria yet  but if Austin is on your radar, this is the type of property investors usually watch for a price drop.If you ever want a quick land-value sanity check, I’m happy to run one.
