Don’t make noise, don’t trigger alarms.

The front deck could be a problem for the tenant if they work from home; so maybe some concessions for that few days of work so they can work out of another location due to noise, and the kitchen; that might be a few nights in a hotel for them. 

I’ll start refining my buy box and commit to analyzing deals until one hits the numbers.Really appreciate you sharing this — it helps cut through the noise and makes the next step feel a lot more tangible.

Here’s the thing—there’s so much noise out there about what works, but I’m looking for cold, hard stats and real experiences.

I believe each time we also had a an underlayment installed to reduce noise. 

Once I knew that, it was easier to sort through all the noise of crime maps, school ratings, etc.

They only state that you cannot have more than 4 verified complaints for any ordinance violation, like noise ordinance.
