Plus, demographically speaking, assisted living will be the most in demand asset class over the next few decades, further reducing risk and driving increased rates an opportunity.  

I’m working on building skills, talking to sellers, analyzing deals, and networking with people in the space.Right now, I’m focused on driving for dollars in my area, learning how to talk to motivated sellers, building out a buyers list and connecting with others who are doing deals in Utah.

Drive around your area and/or look at CREXI or Loopnet online.

Both properties are near the end of a gravel road but well situated only a 5 minute drive from town.Looking into the zoning allowances, we would have to apply to the county hearing examiner for land use to use the property as a developed campground that would allow the building of cabins. 

What marketing channels give you the best results (cold calling, mailers, texting, PPC, driving for dollars, etc.)?

Although we know Southern California isn't the most ideal location for an investment property, we are looking to invest in a location that we can drive to.
