Unless you have a giant pile of cash or a partner that does, you're just not getting to 50-100 doors within 3-5 years. 

I'd highly recommend a knowledgeable HVAC tech be consulted.

No one will care about star wars rooms if the host is MIA when the guest can't get the Internet working or the AC goes out and it takes 3 days for the tech to show up to fix it (in Ryan's case he's obviously mastered both as you can see from his pics and his reviews).4.

If it found any success, its likely he would sell it to a major tech company like Google, Facebook, etc only after he had 'huckstered' the app to early adopters. 

If Im in Boston there are a number of 24/7 plumbers or hvac techs.

I have been in contact with their tech to problem solve and try to fix it but I'm still having issues.

But please for the love of all that is good, plan your exit strategy with their property management, because that has been a giant dud for me and do not see it getting any better should they continue the hands-off, digital approach to placing & managing tenants.
