For example, what if one deal you get needs a three week turn around for rehab because it is such a light rehab, and you are typically 60% you and 50% investor, shouldn't the investor get a better cut?

Especially any sort of average for commercial.

So the way I think you're suggesting this works is sort of the simple and maybe even default way to do this.But Regs §1.168(k)-1(f)(5)(vi) "Example 3" and then Reg. §1.168(k)-2(g)(5)(v) "Example 4" describe how bonus depreciation can work with a like-kind exchange.

I was wondering if there's an app or any sort of service that folks used that help them put signs in strategic locations that could draw more foot traffic.
