favorite tenants are large corporations that pay like clock work such as a starbucks.Strategy is to buy key high traffic locations with nearby anchors. 

My mother in law has had a condo in Cape Coral for over 20 years, wonderful area but the traffic has grown insane, all the time. 

I live on a very popular named lake here in MN, but it get's so packed with water traffic that it feels really small.

If you want fast traction on a rental in the DFW area, I’d hit these right away:Zillow / Trulia / HotPads – Zillow syndicates out to multiple sites, and that’s where a huge chunk of renters start.Apartments.com – Even if it’s a single-family, it gets a lot of traffic in Dallas.Facebook Marketplace & Local FB Groups – Tons of local renters search here, and it’s free.

PPC drives immediate traffic and conversions.

ChatGPT is a great tool for many things, but it doesn’t always get its answers directly from the web.

Like what is technology stack (or tools you are using), I use chat gpt for editing and/or drafting written words, but I am still using the web interface which is difficult to actual automate things.

From the drone footage on the GRM web page it looks like development has (at best) just started, and this appears to be consistent with the single page development activity status report from GRM.
