As your finding it's crazy expensive, and the crime and what-not, to my midwest eyes, was shocking. 

That said they won’t sync with your Airbnb messages and help you there, at least none that I know of  Where I see an offshore assistant being useful would be for after hours inquiries and other mundane tasks such as ordering supplies, setting door codes, guest reviews and what not.

It’s just as important to know what not to do in this situation! 

🤷‍♂️I am new, hence no profile pic and no other stats, but I joined purely to find out if anyone else has had issues with Chi Ta and the programs that he offers.I signed up for his "done for you" AirBnB business model @ $30k program fee, plus all costs and whatnot on me.

Rebuilding with intention, especially after owning a rental, puts you in a unique spot because you already know what not to do, which is a huge advantage.

Knowing what not to do is half the battle, and now you have some experience.

Here is what NOT to do.

I understand the splitting of shares makes them cheaper and more accessible to purchase.. but Apple has a valuation of 3 trillion.. is it feasible that apple will ever produce 3 trillion dollars of value to the economy or that they are working on a technology so revolutionary its going to make that big of an impact when all theyve done for a decade is make the same phone with slightly better features (other products and services too like computers, gadgets, and what not).
