I really want to knowwhat to do and what not to do.Also, what company, or how do we get our home placed on the MLS?

At this point, im looking to do this full time and 100x more efficiently.My thoughts:-I want to hire 1 VA for cold calling and tracking everything and whatnot.- I want to keep propstream for specifically pulling lists (i think?)

The bank I was with kept charging fees and what not for minimum account balances and since I'm getting out of my business and starting something else, I didn't want to pay monthly maintence fees so I closed the accounts. 

Be aware that laws and rules have been changing over the last year, depending on the state you want to do business in, it is wise to know those rules before you get started.Read these two lawsuits to get an idea of what not to do.

Even a short example or heads-up on what not to do would help a lot.

They are both very successful nationwide operators.They'll help you learn about their process to purchasing a MHP, how to source capital to get started, and their advice on how to get your first deal as well as what not to do as a first-time buyer. 

It would be a good idea though to start building history with the LLC so in the future you can qualify for lending and what not through the LLC.

Some people are just clueless about money - lack of opportunity to gain financial intelligence and what not.   

WHAT NOT TO DO- Force a purchase in 2025.

It makes it easier when you put things into sites like Air BnB and whatnot.
