@Michael Wagner  I looked hard at developing a High End RV type facility like your talking about.that play defiantly follows how the economy is going.. but at the end of the day someone who popped 1 million or a lot more on a high end coach will pop 100 to 200k on the ulra man cave.It works in aviation...

I hope to get back into it someday when I have more time/money, My finace is a pilot too so the dream is to someday get our own little planeWell keep at it nothing finer than getting up in the air.. myself  Cirrus SR 22 is my ride.. although I am bout retired after 35 years of private aviation..  

@Mark Ferguson  yes exotics are cheap to buy but then you have to maintain them  kind of like a run down rental if your not careful.Now me I am an aviation guy... so price points are 10X or more of most any car. and of course they are faster and much more fun to use... being your in 3 dimensional space..

There is an ever growing hospital, another stable hospital, casino, aviation business, manafacturing facilities... you name it.

I've been busy in the aviation world.

Sure Boeing moved their headquarters to Chicago, but all the suppliers and manufacturers are still in the Seattle/Everett area.You can do a quick search on Google for Aerospace or Aviation associations in Washington state.

A friend of mine owns a CRE design/build firm and asked if I could come aboard to help with a number of development deals in the aviation and energy sectors.

I was a flight attendant that was laid off and we thought aviation was basically ending at this time and that I needed to find a new career but then I resumed work after the pandemic, so I put the whole program on pause as I went back to flying.Recently, I read about the FTC suing a similar company for these high-pressure sign up environments and something about the financing.
