It doesn't appear to have a very broad economic base with the majority of jobs being in military and healthcare.

Even during a pandemic, government, construction and healthcare work continues.In fact, mid-priced extended stay hotels were barely affected by the pandemic.That's why I vote for extended stay rentals.

They specialize in travel healthcare workers and has now expanded beyond.

. - large healthcare scene (emory, cdc)- multiple amazon distributions throughout metro-  major universities Georgia state, georgia tech, emory- busiest airport in the world - museums, cinema scene, nightlife, food, breweries and multiple parks. - solid cost of living - home to major sport teams falcons, braves, dream, hawks , atl united. - close to other major cities..

Quality of life is low here compared to Many developed nations (health care, education, paid leave)What is your full time income producing job?

Luckily they both work in healthcare so have not had any disruption to their income.  

One of my biggest hold backs from early retirement is healthcare/insurance costs.
