There not clothes shopping like they were.

I fired an owner a couple years ago (for many reasons) that flipped out because the tenant had clothes scattered around the bedroom floor! 

Even though they had a week to prepare, the home was a disaster.They had a washer/dryer (more on this later) but were apparently just throwing dirty clothes in the corner instead of washing them.

It worked well, and the bonus was that the laundry room was toasty enough to dry light clothes on a rack!

Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes?

Also talking about finances and new business ventures while being around them helps open their minds to possibly investing in things other than cars, shoes, clothes, phones, games and the sort.

Even still, smoking in their car or outside still gets in their clothing, which then infiltrates your home. 

Even though you don't probably smell it (again, I never did when I smoked), your clothes stink, your fingers stink, your breath stinks.
