But from my research, you can not disqualify someone for drugs or alcohol felonies because it is considered a "mental health disorder" You can always find another reason not to rent that doesn't have anything to do with that. :)

If there is a “recession” or “depression,” the dilemma for me is to buy up cheap real estate, or retain that $ for operating income in case people can’t pay rent....?
