Lots of people also seem to be turning to MTR vs STR.....I'd look at places near medical centers....Cleveland Clinic, Mayo Clinic, MD Anderson...and whatever other giant medical facilities are around that cater to people that aren't always local. 

It’s amazing to think of the posh life of being whisked around in a jet , owning giant mansions and driving lambos around and we all want wealth and financial freedom in life but often we fail to realize that if you have your health, a family ,and someone who loves you then you have something literally a billion dollars can’t buy .no dollar value or sacrifice is worth more than those free things

When you have to heat, cool and fill up that "trophy giant" - then you're asking for it, right?

I hate to rain on other people's parades but going to school for the "networking" or the "experience" or to "have fun" is just a giant waste of time.

*Side note, NY has the same issue just due to the geographic nature of the bay/water where LA doesn't have this problem because they are in a giant valley and they can build all the way out to the inland empire.  

Craigslist is like a hobby, and like a giant garage sale.

You can get flood insurance to cover the loss if a flood happens, but it's still going to be a giant pain to deal with. 

However their giant wildfires do not seem to be the same as the ones in AZ or CA.
