@Ian Hutton If you’re in Tracy, you’ve got a few good options nearby:Stockton REI meetup – they usually post events on Meetup.com.Modesto Real Estate Investors group – they meet monthly, worth checking out.Sometimes there are smaller networking mixers in Livermore/Pleasanton, which isn’t too far either.I’d recommend checking Meetup.com and local Facebook groups since events pop up there first.
