Strong demand for room rentals outside of aviation professionals.

Loved the experience but I'm just not a corporate-type and really just wanted to get back to general aviation over defense.I live in LA and same problem here with prices.

Unfortunately the only value I can bring you is if you are interested in an aviation career.  

It didn't take away my desire, but fear and getting caught up in life allowed it to go to the back burner.I am in aviation and I do travel for about 3 days a week and I am ready to redirect my life path at this point.

@Steve Vaughan  another SV brilliant post.. that's why I don't pay cash for my cars anymore I used to .. with 2% or less money out there.. and I am going to drive them one way or the other.Same with airplane.. less than 5% money fixed for 20 years and UBER write offs.. no sense paying cash for those.. this is why you have a private aviation and jet industry to begin with.. and heavy equipment for that matter.. you can buy a multi million dollar plane with 5 to 10% down and fixed for 20 years .. with moderate qualifications..

I've recently became a commercially rated pilot and am currently working in the aviation field while I pursue my flight instructor rating.

I'm in the Aviation Maintenance field, and looking for more information on investing in tax liens and tax deeds in the Florida area.

I was recently laid off from my Aviation career of 10 years, just after hearing a co-worker give me an opportunity to work with him and his partner on Rehab homes.
