Think of new technologies, gadgets, software applications all causing all sorts of disruption in the space and all of which put a dent on in-store traffic count.

@Yi ZhaoI would’ve knocked on the door and given them a vaporizer for their ganja so at least they can make the smoke odorless lol and after they praise what a wonderful landlord you are (with red eyes) tell them they can either Vape their weed in their apt. with that or walk outside if they need to smoke “flower” but they can’t do what they are currently doing.

While I fully agree with not permitting smoking I don't understand why vaping products were included in this section.

Many operators are discounting (which I always disdain) and coming up with gimmicks and gadgets to lure and keep butts in seats.

I want to sell you the latest gizmo gadget.

Out of all of the online marketing platforms, tools and gadgets.

Find a property that is need of repairs and build in a "repair allowance" into our loan,  make repairs, add basic new "smart" gadgets to market them as "smart" apartments, and increase rent.

Still catching onto this format at BIGGER POCKETS... not sure how the gadgets work.
