Maybe that's the root of my question. 

I'm a fan of the game, depends on who is playing.....but I root for Mizzou (just because), Nebraska (same reason) and LSU.

This is the root of the issue: The people that cannot discern value, pay ridiculous amounts of money.

All of the power, at least the power that is home grown and built from the grass roots up, starts with the people that care the most.
