That said this is a town with pockets of good sub-divisions and knowing which ones will draw that demographic is key to success.

It seems to me that there are huge divisions in economic status.

That's why I co-lead a brokerage and head our division overseeing rehabs, repairs, and my fingerprints are on every challenging job we quote.

I began to work for my brokerage full time in our Property Management division, and recently became simply a full time Realtor and Investor.

Any advice on a upper division “class” on REI to put the pieces together?
