You can work around it or " You can start next week "  I go over to the job with a sub to see whats left , nothing has been moved .I had to explain to him "No that doesnt work .that things are scheduled , basement was to be empty of belongings per contract   dumpster , materials delivery , plumber and electrician are set up .

Uber, Lyft, Pizza delivery, cut grass, and any other part time job to save for your first down payment.

Honestly speaking, I like people that speak frankly, so I was probably a sucker for Engelo's "if I swear a lot I will appear like a straight shooter" delivery.

The delivery may just not be that great...
