I have on more than one occasion had a seller actually apologise for the notes not being smaller!  

This person may need a GBC license in rare occasions or have one attached to the rehab.

I hope you do end up trying it out Bruce - knowing how anti-pet you are on LTRs I'd love to see your take on how it works out for you on STRs, because I'm almost carbon copy opposite of you right now on this - I allow pets at my LTRs but do not allow them at my STR despite having a dog myself, because I don't feel like my property is properly set up to allow pets and I use this property myself on occasion and don't want my own dog going bozo smelling everyone else's pet.
