In my experience if the washer and dryer circuits are tied to a particular unit, it's very likely the hot water supply to the washer is also coming from the water heater of that unit, so even you are paying for water, the unit tenant is paying for the electric or gas to heat the water if someone does a hot or warm wash.

.- I drive back (waste 60 miles of gas) to make sure I wrote it down right.

Now time to call Electric / Gas to delay 2 weeks.

The adhesive will out gas to the point that may make some residents sick.

Radon becomes more of an issue as we construct tighter building envelopes which permits the gas to concentrate inside the home unless measures are taken to prevent it from entering the living space in the first place. 

Do keep in mind you'll need at least some money to get started, mainly for gas to check out properties, bandit signs, etc.

I haven't had any money coming or going except the fees to form the LLC, maybe some gas to check out a few properties..
