Presume this is all completed at this point as delivery of the  aircraft has been delayed for some time. 

Since i took delivery of the car back in April, It's been worth every penny!

I have always been of the mindset that it is the tenant's responsibility to get the rent to my PM, not vice versa, via mail, personal delivery, ACH, etc.

I was at Fedex and they were looking for warehouse people and delivery driver. 

Wonder if it's still working (al la Seinfeld Chinese food delivery)

That unit is only 11x14x6 inches & our highest monthly electric bill was $48 (& $23 of that is the std monthly delivery charge) & that's with everything electric & a/c running. 

It would have to be donated space that can accommodate deliveries/storage plus a few volunteers there sorting and storing.

The veggie burger she buys runs $8.95/lb plus delivery & when BBQ'd it has the distinct odor of fermented silage (a.k.a. cattle fodder).

That mark-up also covers all aspects of the order (delivery to the job site, returns of extra materials, replacement of faulty materials, re-orders when specifications change on the fly, etc).
