I also ended up doing a $8,000 dig and relay of sewage pipes on a flip because they were old PVC20 pipes (last 2 decades are 40) that were pushed out of place by tree roots.

The reason for the drastic difference in results is rooted in a fundamental problem that arises in geo-statistics called the modifiable areal unit problem (MAUP).

There are plenty of brokers to work with in the area, so finally, the root question is what is simply: how do I approach the situation, and what would be the best things for me to compare?

Tree roots created blockage, had to tear out flooring, jack hammer 16 inches into concrete slab to fix pipe and re-lay flooring.

Roots had grown into the pipe when The plumbing company jetted and took the camera down there, they discovered one of the pipes has a hole.

Steve would have had the ability to settle down his roots here instead of being priced out of the NYC location.I know Investors tend to think of only in terms of Today and find it very unpredictable to think of tomorrow, but please remember that even Squirrels think about tomorrow as they put away their Nuts for the Winter.
