-No name on CL account (not the end of the world, but when combined with other issues it's a red flag to me)-Email riddled with spelling and grammar errors-Looking to sign a lease this week-Emailed me 3 times on 12/1 and another time on 12/2To me, this screams desperation and almost certainly future headaches.

Joe Payton - I hate to read about something a silly as that conversation you were having with a customer service attendant in some far away land (only an assumption based on the fact that poor grammar was used and many operators are based on operator floors in other countries).Everyone is trying to come up with a new way to do a transaction that is old as dirt.

There's this term in book writing which goes along the lines: "the first one is for the trash," I mean since you're writing words which are being printed, and therefore irreversible, I think that there should be perfection in terms of grammar, spelling, etc.
