@Omar Khan, I believe you...and understand your concerns...As I've mentioned before, if I didn't talk to a real person with real results I would not even consider to talk to any "mentor", but what that girl archived so fast got my attention and I want to explore it..Please don't undermine people just because you've done something that others might not yet.

BP also has it's own podcast in itunes for you to listen to as well.

One is to listen to the BiggerPockets podcasts, go back and search through the over 200 episodes that are on iTunes.

I joined BiggerPockets because I saw it on iTunes and I have been listening for a few months.

BP not only has a ton of information, it also has it's own podcast in itunes and also allows you to post blogs and share information with other investors.
