From the research that I have done within the last week or so, I am interested in the Moross-Morang area and also East English Village area, but would love to speak to someone regarding more areas.

We also used to be house parents at Bethel Bible Village.

Each village has different legal requirements for the inspection, renovation & occupancy of properties.  

Thank You Slavic Village is hardcore ghetto.

I've had an inspector come in for a notoriously bad village and force the owner to rip out the beautiful wet bar in his man cave because he viewed it as a possible kitchen for an illegal basement rental.

As we were arguing about whose fault it is, they filed a complain with the village, inspector basically said I don't care who pays for it or whether it comes out of the deposit but as a landlord you have to upkeep the property, so we had to fork the cash to get it fixed at that time.

@Murali Jesudoss If you are looking at Chicago market there are better options then Sauk Village. 

I have properties in East english village and it could be 100x reasons why it sold for 1k less.

You and me both @Jade Adair - putting together a tiny house village in WA a hard goal to accomplish, especially close to cities and job centers like Seattle.Let me know if you move forward/have success with that.

Hopefully this has brought you full circle to understand the reason the advice provided by @Tim Wieneke is most sound.The vast majority of us on BP are not attorneys, we don't live in your village, don't know how things work there, don't know the judge and/or any relationship s/he may have with the attorney.
