Myself having worked in that industry behind the scenes ( lender to the students) I find most get very enthused and whopped up at the meetings and just like anything else  majority fad away but 10 to 20% of them who pay and jump into it will do something that is considered a success in what is for most everyone a new occupation.  

@Joe Prillaman As a newbie to the real estate investing scene, seeing someone with such growth over such a short period of time is really motivating and eye opening!

The food scene needs to step it up.

I think more emphasis in the university scene should be placed on practical degrees and avoiding debt, I believe that approach is the ticket to a high ROI on a college degree.

My VAs left the scene at some point after the New Year.  

I can assure you: No single investor is dominating the entire Metro Atlanta real estate scene!

Mostly private events but did the club scene for a while.
