BiggerPockets users know this but the masses don't, and a decade ago the public was literally screaming at politicians to impose a "windfall profits tax" on oil companies because gasoline increased so much and so dramatically.

That eliminates a lot of the talking, music, kid screaming noise.Another cheap option would be to buy a hallway runner carpet, and padding for under it and give it to your tenant.

Me personally I carry a gun whether I go to my What I consider an A or C class properties but even more so when I go to my C it’s just a different type of environment and mentality also their upbringing is different from my A class property renters I have to really be on my toes but I look like a tenant tbh so most people don’t mess with me I don’t scream their goes the landlord.

in my world just depends on how good a deal I am getting.. if its a screaming deal I offer it.

I'll take on county projects if they are screaming deals but I love Baltimore and I want to do my part in making it shine.As others mentioned, it is so bizarre to me to see the city is run so poorly.

I have taken last 2 years off doing what I have been always wanting to do, reading, hiking, and playing tennis 5 days a week (now my joints are screaming).
