Yes, you CAN use leverage to enhance your profits and control more properties, but to say "you'll always make more profit by using leverage" ignores negative spreads between asset yields and debt costs and always assumes assets will appreciate.

Yes, such an independent verification and the public sharing of the final reports would be expensive...but if all the claims made are true, the reports generated would confirm the claims and result in enhanced levels of credibility and likely commensurate increases in the levels of investment.

The exception we have to this is if it's a house with paneling, because paneling is a lot more aggravating to fill depending on the size; the spackle doesn't grip it as well as it does regular sheetrock. for those houses, we provide a starter pack of Command strips and note in the house info sheet that those are what are to be used for hanging.

I'm pretty happily surprised to see that collections here seem great but since few were laid off in March that make's some sense...May collections may be tougher for people with rentals above the $1500-$2000 mark since enhanced unemployment maxes out to around 1k/week for most.
