So building vs. buying comes down to whether there is demand for new class A vs. are class B & C properties selling above or below replacement cost.In a lot of markets in the west class A vacancies are starting to rise (demand is easing off) and B&C properties are selling above replacement cost so what do you do?

(option B)My biggest question is not able to decide between option A vs option B.If i go with option A tenants can manage that area well using their own landscapers every once in 2 weeks like that.
