My experience is that sellers don't save all of the mailers they receive and one day line them up on the kitchen table and say "I like that one, I think I'll call him and dump the rest into the circular file".

In my experience Post Cards and self sealers in Harris County dont even make it in the door before hitting the circular file.

It also helps you identify time wasting non-deals later on so you can quickly put them in the circular file (trash can) and get back to closing profitable transactions.
