As I understand it, this includes even real estate you own - you must disclose to any potential buyer that you are a broker/realtor even if there is no agency relationship.To say, cart blanche, that it is ethical and legal to wholesale as a Realtor is just patently false; even without a real estate license many wholesalers, if not most, border on the unethical even if not strictly breaking the law.   

I watched a documentary called "the patent scam" - these poor mid-large companies are dealing with cut throat attorneys that know how to work the system causing them to pay millions in legal fees or settle.

There is no copyright or patent on a design flow/layout that is built on a third-party hosting site that provides a large part of the initial flow and layout that I know of.

I actually have no clue what's coming, other than a general belief that something IS coming and it's most likely going to overreach with unintended consequences and be patently idiotic.

. , the working class area that I currently live in was actually referred to as a "war zone" by a local investor on BP  -- which was patently ridiculous, but you can see how the term is misused (or at least is very broad in its meaning). 

Folks willing to show their warts/go outside without makeup would probably (1) separate some wheat from some chaff, since shameless self-promoters are loathe to air their dirty laundry; (2) show newbies that it's okay to fail, and that everyone isn't GREAT SUCCESS all the time; and (3) actually provide value by pointing out potential landmines for others to avoid.Then again, it would probably only be a matter of time before the self-promoters hijacked it and started threads saying things like "My greatest failure...IS THAT I DIDN'T GO BIG ENOUGH EARLY ENOUGH USING MY PATENTED SYSTEM!
