New to the scene is fed buying equities, which was illegal up until g.f.c.2.

NOBODY knows where the bottom of this is, and you know there's lots of behind the scenes games being played.  

It is basically buying a property all cash, but the true cash is a behind the scenes investor.

I am not seeing any right off the bat...but I'm new to the scene and haven't started this search yet.

I'm originally from that area, but I don't know about the rental/rehab scene there. 

They also diversify into numerous recession resistant asset classes, and across the country, to again reduce the risk of any single class or area of the country having problems.There are also a ton of DSTs that also offer triple net leases, but if you look behind the scenes at all the fees, they are almost always pretty outrageous (and in my opinion, only justifiable if you are doing a 1031 exchange, and the tax savings offset the fees better).
