I just don't see the path to any real, move the needle income on MTR arbitrage.

@Ashley Wolfe  Hi Ashley -- we have a fairly welly booked STR in Wimberley in the hill country and we find that most people don't look PAST the next vacation in front of their nose. 

No easy answer for this one, IMHO, this Corona will be contained quickly in USA... but with a 'global' economy freaking as it is, "you might feel a little pinch" the dentist says as the needle goes into your gum.Everyone:  hang in there, stay calm, be safe.

It is nice to see strategies to not pay taxes, but I think a lot of times people bite off their nose to spite their face.

A prime example of where "government should keep its nose to itself" but didn't because the vast majority of those in society can't be trusted to do the right thing motivated by the private market.

I was just flashing on  TOD   Top of Decent  IE the point at which you push the nose over and head for terra firma..

They replied "oh don't mind that, it's ketchup from lunch".Needles to say they didn't get the appartment.

I don't know if the numbers are big enough to move the needle on property prices but the fact remains.
