They call the LOCAL NUMBER - because they assume they will connect to the investor immediately, vs. going thru a website or a "call center in India" (what people assume about toll-free #'s).Do we think there is value to the website and toll-free number?

The big guys still depend on finding them first and using all that wonderful personal stuff like e-mail, va's in india or somewhere, mail, websites and fill in the form, and all that other great personal stuff.Well I too believe in getting there first but my first goal is to start a relationship and solve a problem.

I think all their support is outsourced to India, although they use a Florida number, so communication is definitely an issue.
