Unfortunately smart phones plus auto correct does not allow for great posts many times.

It helps guide all financial decision making, from what investment property to purchase to buying a smart phone.  

Some answer email on their smart phones, some only from a computer in their office.At the end of the day, it's about meeting expectations.

I'm going to assume you have a smart phone so the podcasts are free. :)Whatever you decide to do...my advice...if you have not already started...SAVE up some money.  

From my experience (and I am new at this), people mostly just forget and some are not smart phone savvy, especially vendors outside of large metropolitan areas. 

I assume I have priced it correctly when I originally listed it and only do the small, $100 reductions to get it to ping the notifications on smart phones who have apps like Redfin or alerts set up in the RMLS.

Almost all banks have their own "Merchant Account", that means that the bank themselves will loan or let you buy a virtual terminal or Point Of Sale device for actual swiping (like a card reader for smartphones but the bulky in-store devices), whichever the client prefers.

@Darren Jones - Do you and your partner both have access to the system through smartphones?
