Just received an email from RentMonitor.com.  They are closing their doors on Dec 16th. 

For the landlords with less than 10 properties, who do you recommend?

I use cozy.co primarily, and erentpayment.com secondarily. So far my tenants prefer Cozy, but I'm sure it's partly because it's free.
