The decision of many to quit is so often impulsive -- they do it with a view to short term relief and pleasure (i.e. to "sit on a beach", which sounds horrific to me).

Lonnie was a pleasure to work with and helped me through my first time as a buyer.

I kept mine for investment and pleasure but ended up losing, long story, bad ending.

. : )Also, in Hawaii at least, the Hawaii Tourism Authority keeps track of all sorts of visitor statistics like how many visitors came to the islands, which islands they stayed on, whether they stayed in hotels, condos, or with friends, whether their stay was for business, pleasure, blah blah blah.
