I think if the REIAs acknowledge they are taking a kickback then I guess that is OK.. but the ones here in Oregon I dont think man folks understand that is happening.. as the guys running it will start talking about how great the program is and they will be the first one to sign up.

I will know the opening bid most likely but not the upset price...Usually the sheriff wants to first acknowledge the bid before allowing any additional bid.

I find their website easy to use.We have filed just one claim, for hail damage to a roof - they replaced it without issue (I think that had a lot to do with their outsourced adjuster, who acknowledged that the damage was probably from a storm from before we bought the house, but approved anyhow).They have not given us any grief on existing properties, but we did have an issue with the roof of our last rehab.
